If there is perforation and ear discharge it will require surgery after making ear dry. Start tab. Advent 625 mg three times a day and oflobe-d ear drops 3-3-3 for 1 week. Keep cotton plug in ear while taking bath.

Stop all the medicines that you are taking. There could have been a traumatic perforation of the ear drum or the nerves in the inner ear might have got temporarily damaged.
Get an ent consultation done to rule out if there is any perforation of the ear drum. Do not allow any water to enter the ear. Put cotton inside the ear & keep the ear dry for about 15 days. The ringing sensation should go on its own.

Do not use gentamicin topical if you have a perforation in eardrum. It is an ototoxic drug and may harm. Consult online with your reports and later get operated once situation gets normalize!
