yes it can be due to cervical spondylosis and ear drum perforation also....Dizziness or giddiness is usually due to ear labyrinthine problem. Anti vertigo tabs and vitamin B 12 can help you. You require to go for Ear examination. Pure tone and Impedence audiometry, may require CT scan and stepping test( cranio corpography) to come to proper diagnosis.

First of all get an audiometry (hearing test) done that will give an idea about type and amount of hearing loss. And I am telling if you are having bilateral subtotal perforation then it is useless to take any medication bcz nothing can cure this. You should go for surgery otherwise your condition and hearing will worse with time on recurrent infection.
