Sir I have referred by capf's medical exam due to my tympanic membrane perforated. But I have test PTA & impedance AUDIOMETRY the results is hearing in my right ear 18 & left 15 decibel. Sir is it clear?

Good hearing is possible with tympanic membrane perforation. Impedance audiometry is more conclusive for confirmation of perforation.

Once in 4 to 5 months I get headaches accompanied by slight dizzy ness. It lasts for week, earlier it was diagnosed due to synosis. I take dirt tab and steam. I have a small perforation in one of the ear. Is it due to cold conditions. What is effective treatment. I am not diabetes.

2. Take bath with little warm water 3. Do steam inhalation regularly at least once a day
4. Warm salt water gargles daily 5 no cold water / cold drinks / ice creams and so on
get x ray of sinuses,

I had sinus perforation last weak while teeth extraction ,stitches are provided and 8 days are over, now I feel there is a pain in my eye back, what is basic treatment I should follow, weather to go for ENT SPECIALIST, OR EYE SPECIALIST, there is little pain in eyes.

If You are having Ear Drum Perforation and Now you don't have any Ear problem apart from Hearing loss then Myringoplasty (Ear drum Repair surgery) will be the best option for you to decrease your Hearing loss.
Degree of Hearing loss due to ear drum perforation can be calculated by Pure Tone Audiometry (PTA) Test.

Can conductive hearing loss (upto 40 decible) with sub total perforation for more than 2 years in both ears, fluctuating as in hearing becomes little issue before periods and tinnitus both of which is manageable otherwise deteriorate overtime. What should be done. Should it be fixed or as it is manageable most of the time left alone. Pls guide.

For perforation and hearing loss, tympanoplasty surgery will help. And you should go for it. Tympanoplasty is for perforation not for tinnitus?

ON DOING COLOUR doppler IT HAS BEEN FOUND THAT THERE ARE 3 INCOMPETENTENT PERFORATORS 1) JUST ABOVE ANKLE, MEDIAL HOFFAS3. 4 MM 2) T2 perforation, IN THE CALF 2.7 MM 3) T 2 perforation WEAK JUST BELOW KNEE, 3 MM LEFT LOWER LIMB HOFFAS perforation, 1.7 MM, 2 INCHES ABOVE ANKLE 2) T 2 perforation, 6 INCHES ABOVE 2.1 MM WHEN THE WOUND/ULCER erupts PAIN IS THERE. I CLEAN THE SAME WITH DETTOL. HYDROGEN PEROXIDE SOLUTION & betadine SOLUTION. THEN APPLY BETADINE OINTMENT IS APPLIED ON THE WOUND/S. ONCE THE SOLUTION IS DRIED UP I APPLY vaseline WITH aloevera ON ALL PARTS EXCEPT ON THE WOUNDS AND ALLOW TO DRY THE vaseline. THEN I PUT A BANDAGE ON THE WOUNDS AND PUT CRAPE BANDAGE ON BOTH THE LEGS FROM ANKLE TO KNEE. COLOUR CHANGES ALREADY IS THERE AND SOME TIME SWELLING ALSO APPEAR. ONCE I TAKE DUE CARE THINGS ARE UNDER CONTROL. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHETHER ANY REMEDY OTHER THAN SURGERY. IS THERE ANY MEDICINE WITH PROVEN RECOVERY FOR THIS PROBLEM. IF SO PLEASE INFORM. REGARDS.

You have not mentioned about the competency of the “junctions “. If they are incompetent, you will need intervention for the healing of ulcers or else it will keep recurring. If the junctions are competent, get a Mr. venogram of ivc and both lower limbs done to check for any outflow instruction in the deep veins.

Consult physician/gastroenterologist for fear of stomach perforation (sonography may be helpful. Meanwhile take complete bed rest and medicines as outlined earlier.

Having large central perforation in my ear. Taking augmentin 625 mg these days as prescribed by the doctor. But the ear seems to be quite itchy at night and when I trt to scratch it I just end up with puss coming out the ear again. It dries up and when I touch the ear, puss starts coming out again. Now don't know what's causing this itchiness in my ear.

This infection can be treated with a mild steroid ear drop. a few drops placed in the ear will help to decrease the amount of itching. Another helpful treatment is the use of 70% alcohol (rubbing alcohol) as an ear drop.
