Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the details. Some times certain drugs do produce vomiting sensation. If that is a constant occurrance then it is better to take antiemetic drugs like ondensetron or domperidone about 45 minutes before taking those drugs twice a day. That will help in controlling the nausea. Plus it is very important achieve a strict glucose control for better infection control. Ideally fasting glucose should be about 100 mg, pp 150 to 170 mg & hba1c% < 6.5%
