Hello, lidocaine is classified as a category B drug, so safe to be used in pregnancy and lactation. In your case, it is just a topical use (cream), so the absorption into the body systemically and its secretion in breast milk is very less and would not pose any such risk for the infant during breast feeding.

You can consult any neraby surgeon for removal of this warts. It will be scarless and very minimal pain also very quick result. Otherwise you can try with tta (trichloro acetic acid), but I am not sure about the marks. You need that to confirm.

Hello-
treatment options for steatocystoma multiplex are limited and have had varying degrees of success. The most effective treatment method is thought to be removal of cysts by surgery. Keratosis develops in crypts of tonsils as they are blind pouches and retain food particles. Avoid sticky foods like noodles ,kurkure, cheesy material like burgers and pizza. Do regular oral rinse with water after every meal. If it doesn't subside .surgery may be done.
