Mr. lybrate-user. Sompraz is effective, but ulcer if treatable with medicine 2 -3 weeks course is enough. If more than this duration use is required without relief, then better get upper gi endoscopy.

Occasionally, gastric ulcers can be come cancerous (gastric cancer). Vomiting blood, passing black stools, or blood in the stool (blood loss) also may be signs of stomach cancer and peptic ulcers. If you have these symptoms, you should seek an immediate medical consultation or go to the nearest hospital emergency department or urgent care facility.

An esophageal ulcer can be painful. Fortunately, medications and lifestyle changes can help you recover from an esophageal ulcer. Treatment of an esophageal ulcer depends on the cause. If your ulcer is caused by an infection with h. Pylori, for example, you may be asked to take prescribed antibiotics to kill the bacteria. If your ulcer is caused by nsaid use, you may be asked to stop taking nsaids, a different pain medication can also be prescribed.

I used to pass stools three times a day during last year. And symptoms of gastric reflux and headache used to come when I ate spicy foods. To resolve this I visited doctor in last year. He has done endoscopy, colonoscopy tests for me. Endoscopy showed superficial ulcer growth and hemorrhagic gastropathy (erosive esophagus. Colonoscopy report showed patchy sigmoitidis and ulcerated ileocecal valve. However, the ibd disease was ruled out with biopsy. As my liver enzymes were at that time slightly above normal (alt 76, alp 46), they have done a liver biopsy. Liver biopsy reports didn't show any onset of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. After the liver biopsy, I found my burning sensation in the upper part of abdomen increased rapidly due to ulcers. My doctor has given me medicines mentioned in the bottom. I used rifagut and collapse retard medicines for IBS disease as suggested by my doctor. They have moderate effect on me. I am not using any medicines for three months. And the problem of 3 times stool and flares when eating spice along with ulcer pain persists. I don't know what to do. I  suffer every day. I am not able to live my life fully. Please suggest me what to do.

Yes, you can do all these exercises. Just do not do empty stomach. Take any seasonal fruit 15-20 mins before starting exercises. And take a banana n whey protein within 10 mins of finishing your exercises.
