"As" per your clinical history is concerned it is not a sign of cancer so please follow like this -
1) Do a clinical examination by your treating Doctor (urologist) and to confirm any pathology do (Ultrasound)
2) Discuss with your Doctor about (collagenase therapy) and if it is not successful then go for surgical treatments.
