you can't diagnose cancer by reading symptoms on the internet. It's not that simple. You must be getting anxious regarding your issue. It's better to consult a doctor and get it checked first. Let him decide, is it cancer or not.

peyronie's disease is characterized by an extreme curving of the erect penis caused by a hard, fibrous layer of scar tissue (plaque) that has developed under the skin. When the penis grows and hardens, the scar tissue pulls the affected area to an angle, causing an unnatural bend. "As" per your clinical history is concerned it is not a sign of cancer so please follow like this -
1) Do a clinical examination by your treating Doctor (urologist) and to confirm any pathology do (Ultrasound)
2) Discuss with your Doctor about (collagenase therapy) and if it is not successful then go for surgical treatments.
