You have tight foreskin problem. I advise you to do circumcision if there is unbearable pain in moving back foreskin when penis is erected. It is a minor operation done under local anesthesia so there is no pain. You can get it done from good government hospital. You have to go to surgery opd in the hospital. The cost is around rs 500 only.

Dear user. Penile itching could be due to many factors. Men who are uncircumcised (who have the foreskin remaining around the penis) are prone to balanitis, an inflammation of the foreskin that is often caused by poor hygiene, irritation, or infections. Penile itch is not an emergency, but it may be a sign of a disease that can be transmitted to others. Please consult a doctor for physical investigation which is essential for diagnosis. Take care.

Hello, You might be suffering from balanitis. It is irritation of the head (glans) of your penis. It's usually caused by poor hygiene or an infection. You're more likely to develop balanitis, if you're uncircumcised. Red spots, swelling, and itching are common symptoms.
If it is sexually transmitted then better go for blood tests first before treatment.

Hi lybrate-user, Redness may be due to infection. Do not use soap directly to the skin. Rather use mild antibacterial solutions to keep it clean after micturition.

Smegma is an accumulation of dead skin cells and the natural oils that keep the penis moist. This buildup is more common on uncircumcised penises as it forms around the head of the penis. In addition to a bad smell, smegma can: cause redness and irritation.
