Your age needs to be told. It is not your pelvic floor tightening that is the cause and you have erectile dysfunction. It is mainly due to your psychogenic cause and needs to calm down your mind and start doing meditation and yoga. You will get relief.

The pelvic floor dysfunction can be corrected with kegel exercise and your gynaecologist must be able to correct your condition.

It could be local infection. On the other hand pain in pelvis, hips and private parts may not be related to c section at all. Consult a gynaecologist for the same.

1.no alcohol
3. No smoking/ tobacco
4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice
5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily
8. Expose your body to sun for 15-20 mts daily after some oil massage to get vit d.
