I am 23 years old male. I started to have pelvic pain for last 6 days because of excessive masturbation. The pain is really high for more time and low for some minutes. I have pain below stomach and above the private part. Whenever I finish my urine I start to have pain in my pelvis. Because of this pain I am not able to have erection. I have a pain in right groin area. It feel heaviness in groin area and feel something attached in the groin. Due to these I can't walk. When pain increase leg seeking and became cold. I also have urine problem. It take time to start urine and if emergency I can't control as a result it leaked. Ultrasound of whole abdomen ,urine, blood report ,ls mri, eeg,ncv test showed normal. Medicinal Dr. asked me to consult neurologist and medicine are taken prescribed by neurologist. But no improvement occur. I took neurokem nt, res co q for 6 month. But no improvement occur. Now I am taking ayurvedic medicine from last 4 month but no improvement occur. please help with your advice and if possible prescribed medicine for relief.
