The pain could be due to ovulation period if you are in mid cycle. Else urinary tract infection or PID ( pelvic inflammation ) can be possible causes.

first visit a gynecologist nd get proper examination and investigation done to know cause of pain. If required your gynecologist will refer to urologist.

Take plenty of water around 3 litres per day. Also take tab zanocin plus twice daily for 5 days after meals.

Pelvic floor muscles are a part of your body which supports your pelvis anus rectum inner reproductive parts etc and if you want you can strengthen them with exercise

Groin swelling could be due to hernia, node or rarely dilated vein (Saphena Varix).
Lymph node in groin could be due to infection or cancer of the leg, penis or anal canal or as a part of generalised lymphadenopathy like in tuberculosis, lymphoma or HIV. It is better to see a good general surgeon, who would take a good history, examine you and if need be ask for an ultrasound and a FNAC or Biopsy of the node if felt. It is not days after intercourse but missing period is important for doing test. For your complaints should meet Gynecologist.

Yes it can be sign of pregnancy. But usually not just after 4 days. It may be something else.
You can confirm by blood test.

Pelvic floor dyssynergia is a condition in which the external anal sphincter and the puborectalis muscle contracts rather than relaxes during an attempted bowel movement. There is the sensation of incomplete emptying of the rectum. Normal bowel movements involves relaxation of both of these muscles. A surgeon can correct this.

Take rest Do not lie on the affected side while sleeping
Do gentle movements of hip & thigh
Apply pain relieving gel.
