Hi I want you all to help me out firstly I am facing gerd for which I am taking medicine and it is somehow better but sometime just heartburn which goes away in feww time but lately something is bothering me alot I do not know weather its anxiety or any medical reasons it mainly happens from lunch time and dinner time its like as soon as I see food I got a feeling that maybe I can not eat it like swallow it and then after that I get anxiety attacks like fast heart beat cold hand and feet difficult breathing…. But when I am outsides I eat easily … even after being calm from that anxiety attack I still eat the same thing and at that time its all well no difficulty …. This ohase repeats after ine or two days I am unable to figure oht weather its because of gerd and anxiety on other hand these days I am feeling depression as I am alone in house and kive abroad no relatives nthig at all but this gerd is also there and then cone this anxiety and swallow issue your suggestions are highly appreciated anyone suffering from same issue.
