Chemical peels have to be used according to the indication. The choice of chemical peels also matters. They give wonderful results when done for proper reasons. If not done judiciously they may lead to problems.

The treatment of acne differs according to the grade of involvement. Some people have more oiliness on the face which results in breakouts. After completing treatment for controlling the active breakouts, tablets can be stopped and creams need to be continued to prevent recurrence. Diet and lifestyle modifications are also important. Yes. Ideally oral treatment with isotretinoin (avoided if you are planning for pregnancy) should be taken. Peeling is always an add on never the base drug and doctor is treating with approach one. Avoid using the items mentioned by you as almost all of them have abrasive property ('natural' doesn't always mean suitable). Best thing to apply post-peel is moisturizers and sunscreens. Also, to wash the face, use only mild cleansing lotion. Until peeling is complete, do not be adventurous. See a Dermatologist for appropriate treatment regimen post-peel.

Hello, Acne can be depressing sometimes as it requires prolonged and laborious treatment. Sensitive skin may have been due to various reasons like prolonged steroid use, dryness etc. Since you have sensitive Co2 laser may produce pigmentation and prolonged redness.
