Hey there, oil pulling is not a good idea. Kindly visit a dentist and get scaling and polishing done. Brush your teeth twice daily and do warm saline rinses. Do regular gum massage using desi ghee. For personal query kindly use my doctor code gm2c5d.

You need to be more specific in terms of explanation. If the black marks ar on teeth they can be caries (cavities) or stains. In case of caries you need to see a dentist for fillings.

You need to take proper treatment for this.
Use soft brush n do brushing softly
practice good oral hygiene
reduce stress level
increase your intake of vitamin c
apply a cold compress
rinse your mouth with salt water
stop smoking
homeopathy is a very effective for this problem n has very encouraging results. And homeopathic medicines are safe and do not have any side effects at all.
