You are on the right tract. Pcos goes only by modifications in diet, lifestyle, exercise/ yoga and last, to sport the endeavors, ayurvedic herbals (these are not supplements). I may say by long experience in the field that 21 day tablet hasn't done much good in a long history. Pl avoid hormonal medications if you do not want to be dependent for whole life/ most part of life. Today urban females (and now rural women too at younger age) have been in pcos trap exponentially. Hi, yes protein is good to burn calories and lose fat but if you are non-vegetarian then you don't need to take one. Weight is a sum total of bone, water, muscle and fat. You need to lose fat to get healthy.
