There could be several reasons of constipation. Vitamins generally have a mild laxative effect so that should not be the reason. I hope your thyroid profile has been done. If not please consult your treating doctor for the same. For constipation, take plenty of fluids, high fibre diet and hot milk at bedtime.

No itâs not related. Get your thyroid profile, cbc, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). Your PCOS is the reason for your acne. You must get regular treatment for your acne. Once your menstrual cycle is regular your acne will reduce. Trim your nails avoid touching your eruptions, drink plenty of water almost 3 litres per day and avoid junk food. Regular exercise like walking will be beneficial for your PCOS. Walk at least 1 hour per day. Homoeopathic treatment will be helpful for your PCOS and your acne too.

it depends on the severity grade...Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
