I have pcod and thyroid. I have a daughter. I had three abortions. Now I want a baby badly. I was trying for 2 months. But I am nt pregnant. How can I know when I am ovulating. Ultrasound shows my endometrium thickness is 6 mm before some months and bulky uterus too. I am so worried. Can I get pregnant again. Please help. I take Metformin and thyroxine daily.

You can use ovulation detection kits ,to see wether you're ovulating or not, and accordingly time your intercourse.

I have pcod, with absent period when am in the age of 15, I knew about pcod in the age of 24 after marriage and I am trying for baby with ivf, my first cycle failed also. Before ivf, I tried for conceive with ayurveda but no results, am not looking fatty, but I lost my weight from 68 to 60 kgs ,ovarian drilling also done, but no results.

You should be able to conceive with proper medication n monitoring from an expert infertility specialist. Ovulation induction plus timed intercourse after full investigation is needed at the moment for few cycles, failing which IVF/ icsi etc.

Hi .You are overweight for your height. Pcos is diagnosed by multiple things. Like menstrual cycle, hormones,sonography, physical examination. Pcos treatment is required so that in the future post marriage you don't have problems in conceiving. you do need to see a gynaecologist for treatment. The best treatment is to loose weight.

Get your sugar checked up, yes and weight reduce is very imp for pcod. Continue the tab if your sugar is normal and follow your Dr. properly

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar and kapalbharti daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and Get your blood checked for CBC Tsh and testosterone AMH and follow up with reports.
