Principles in losing weight are some exercises, more protein, and low carbohydrate and low fat (omega-6) but to maintain proper intake of vitamins, minerals. After 6 in the evening to avoid carbs and take protein+fibre.

Both are ocp. Not for acne. But the logic is, if your pcod is better then your hair loss n acne will also be better. To prevent pimples, eat fresh fruits, green vegetables, drinking plenty of water should be an essential part of your routine and intake of oily fried foods, an excess of sugar-salt should be avoided.
Don't peal pimples, as they tend to leave scars.

Diet is not difficult if you follow these rules. Follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. (preferably within 10 mins of waking up).
