Meprate comes under category x meaning it has been found to cause defects in the fetus. However, the risk is not 100% even if present. You can continue the pregnancy but keep getting frequent ultrasounds and fetal echo at the correct time to rule out anomalies and act accordingly.

Hello lybrate-user
the most important step in the management of pcos is lifestyle changes. Healthy diet, exercise for atleast half an hour a day for at least 5 days a weak and weight loss of atleast 10% body weight if your weight is on the higher side.
Metformin is a good drug if you have insulin resistance and also to improve the quality of ovulation.
There is no need to add any other supplements.
Remember that healthy diet and exercise will cure 80% of the problem.

The pigmentation and hair growth will reduce with the treatment of PCOD. Homoeopathic medicines will definitely be beneficial for it. Follow a low carb diet along with moderate intensity long duration exercise such as walking as it will help regularizing your menstrual cycle. Increase water intake.
