pcod is a lifestyle disorder and can be reversed at an early stage with just right diet and lifestyle modifications. I have reversed many of my patients pcod and pcos recently. First of all, you have to follow a daily regimen everyday which includes the right time to wake up, correct meal timings, 8 hours of sound sleep and avoid stress and be happy!
secondly, avoid eating outside food and junk foods. Focus on proper home made food.
