Frankly speaking, to maintain regularity of periods and averting pcod, lifestyle changes, food changes and exercise are required before medicine. Urban women at young age are suffering more now. As far as side effect less med is concerned, pl go for ayurvedic herbals only. You ll also get healthy conception thereafter.
