Use good quality open patellar tommy when you walk do swim daily do gym - press your both feet - weight bearing resistance exercise
take ift on both knee joints for 20 days @ 15 min daily ok use good ls spine brace when you cycling.

You may have retro patellar arthritis .Meet a physiotherapist and start strengthening your knee muscles and take TENS over knee area. Take one one to two week of physiotherapy, you will be alright.
