Replacement filling should be done if the tooth decay involved root it cause bleeding if you have gingivitis it also cause bleeding from gums scaling and root canal filling according to the needful should be decided.

getting a cavity or not do not depends on whether the person has Covid or not.

But if someone got a Covid and is treated in a dental room for any dental procedure then chances are the next patient may get, a dental staff, and doctors may get a covid infection.

I advice you to take antibiotics for twice a day for three days..
then the infections and pain would have reduced a little..

take an xray and check the condition of teeth..
mostly restoration is done for dental caries..

the medications will give Only temporary relief..because the pain and discomforts will reduce after medicines. but the infections will reoccur and spread more leading to root canal treatment..

Yes. All food & drink containing sugar, sticky food, dry mouth, improper oral hygiene that includes improper brushing, flossing, & tongue cleaning can cause tooth decay. Kindly consult a dentist in person for artificial enamel filling .dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. If you mean tested positive for covid, the time taken into consideration as of now is 3 months from your date of testing negative. If you mean dental cavity, rest assured, your vaccination has nothing to do with that.

Hello Lybrate user. Antibiotics won't cause gingival recession. There are many reasons for gingival recession like dental caries, age, periodontal problem, calculus. I advice you to take an orthopantamogram and verify the condition of dental caries and follow up with restoration or root canal treatment. Then do scaling. The gingival recession will stop and further recession will be prevented. Consult me for further details. Thanks you.
