Hello-
as the body ages, it experiences a multitude of changes, some good, others, not so much. From the sudden weight gain to the lack of sexual desires, men and women outside their middle ages suffer from new dilemmas. Some men and women enjoy a healthy sex life well into their 70s; others, up till their 40s. A healthy body requires proper dieting and exercising, and a healthy sex life too requires a proper stream of hormones to keep an erection hard. But as men their bodies produce less a...more

40 years have passed thence. If you are thinking about questioning your own behaviour at that time, it means you are okay now. Pl forget past. However, it's not common for such a young child. But many factors are responsible- brought up, company st that time, environment around you etc.

No, pl do not think of finishing your life that Allah has given you. If you can arrange a talk between me and anyone who matters at your home so that I try to counsel them with the help of our experts. Or you may talk yourself. If you do dhyan/ meditation/ ibaadat, you will overcome psychological issues and feel stress free and full of energy. You may also use (though not essential) Ayurvedic stress delivers for added mental and physical support. Pl consult.

Dear Mr. lybrate-user
thanks for your query. At 45 if you already hve kids, then you can continue with barrier protection methods like using a condom. The next sure method is vasectomy in which part of your spermatic cord is cut and tied a knot so that the sperm doesn't pass through the urethra. You need to practice caution (using a condom during intercourse) for a minimum 2 months post vasectomy as well. There won't be any difference in energy levels or gymming or any other activity in life...more

Hello, Greetings from your Ayurveda Wellness Coach,
With my 15 years of clinical experience, I would say that definitely she needs therapy, though not exactly as psychiatric therapy, but with series of consultations after understanding in detail, we can guide accordingly. There are Ayurveda methods that can be adopted without any side effects and there are therapies too for the same complaint.
