Sir, I am 26 years of age. Do not have any medical history. I am 5.5 inches in height and approx 70 kgs in weight. Since my college when I was around 18-19, I have this issue of gynecomastia. I have researched a bit and found out that surgery is the only option to treat this. But I do not have any prior medical experience not even with syringes like blood test so the word surgery makes nervous. Sir, I have heard about minimally invasive techniques where liposuction is done along with removal of gland and this is a day care procedure and patient can go home the same day after few hours. Can you please explain a bit about this? Also what are the risks involved. I was searching on the net and found out about some post op fluid development in the chest region which needs to be removed. I also read about drain tubes, so are drain tubes always required after this surgery because I also read that drain tubes are generally not required in this surgery unless huge amount of tissue is removed in case of advanced gynecomastia. So as I do not have advanced gynecomastia, in case drain tubes are not used then how will we prevent the fluid from developing? And in case it develops then how do we treat it? Is it performed under general or local anaesthesia and what is the total time of surgery? Lastly what will be the approx total cost of this procedure including medicines and post op care charges? I have attached 2 images of my chest for your reference. Please help me doc.

To completely correct the number, only way is to use glasses or contact lens. It can' t be reduced to 0, neither by ayurvedic nor allopathic medicines. But after age of 20 yrs when your number stabilizes you can go for lasik. It will completely neutralise your number and then you will not require any specs.

Hi,
It is usual, to increase size of penis on watching such things.
Penis size is something about which most of the men are obsessed because they don’ t have proper knowledge about the size of their organs.
It is important to know that size of penis doesn’t matters unless it is too small to perform sexual intercourse.

Oral hygeine maintainence is very imp. First of all get a scaling done from your nearest dentist. And then after that use chlor hexidine mouthwash for at least 3 months twice daily, n brush at lest twice daily. Discontinue the mouthwash after 3 months and check out.
