I have chronic granular pharyngitis from last 18 months, and i'm unable to get rid of this. Doctor advised for removing the tonsils if it gets more paining or jst wait, but I didn't get any pain. I have sinusitis in left side. What should I do, I can't able to find good doctors?

my tonsils removed in childhood at the age of three.

you can use. take duoline first. wait for 30 min. wash the cup with tape water. than use budecort respule.

2 weeks ago a small finger nail got stuck in my throat. From that day onwards it felt something was stuck in my throat. But it doesn't hurt while swallowing food. I went to ent, they did upper endoscopy and told there is inflammation, nothing stuck. They told me it is because of gerd. I was prescribed antacids and ppis. Still now sometimes it feels something is stuck or my throat is getting dry. Why is this happening? Also how long it takes for gerd throat to heal?
