Tacrolimus drug level testing is done just before the next dose ie trough that is usually in the morning hour before taking the tablet of 1.5. Fluid overload is a common problem in patients with kidney diseases especially those on dialysis. The best solution to this is
-restriction of liquid intake- you should restrict liquid including water, milk, tea, etc roughly equal to the amount of urine passed
- reduce salt intake
- regular dialysis
- you can take tab dytor if your doctor thinks it would help you.
