You may notice heart palpitations in your chest, throat, or neck. They can be bothersome or frightening. They usually aren't serious or harmful, though, and often go away on their own. Most of the time, they're caused by stress and anxiety, or because you've had too much caffeine, nicotine, or alcohol. Avoid the above mentioned things. If it persists consult online in private for further evaluation and treatment.

Dear user, have you taken a regular blood test? If you have please mention what your haemoglobin levels are like and if you have not, I would suggest you to get a complete blood count taken. If you found my answer helpful, please leave a positive feedback as it helps me with my practice. Thank you.

Palpitations are common if diet is restricted. Reduce sugar and starch, increase traditional health foods like nuts poultry and dairy foods. Sometimes it is due to anemia. If you improve diet anaemia, if present, should get corrected.
Sometimes a beta blocker can be added, specially if bp is still on higher side. Occasionally a medical check for thyroid etc is required.
