IT IS DUE TO WORK LOAD ON HEART. THERE IS ANOTHER REASON, RBC OF HILLY PEOPLE IS MORE THAN TO THE PEOPLE OF PLANE. SO IT TAKES SOME TIME FOR ACCLIMATIZATION FOR THOSE WHO ARE CLIMBING UP TO THE HILL FROM PLANE. SO U NEED NOT TO BE WORRIED FOR THIS.

It can be related to thyroid, or it can be just functional.
May not be a major issue.
If it continues then take proper check up.

It's need a strict observation in your local place. You r hypertensive at 22. So not easy to treat on line. U need regular follow up in person not on line.
You need an ecg also. Till then you can use
ciplar 40 one at night for five to seven days.

If your ecg is normal it shouldn't be much cause of worry. It might be anxiety induced. Watch yourself for a few more days. If the problem persists then go for a repeat ecg and an echo. Medicines can be started if required.

Dear lybrate-user
yes, it is possible your bp may reduce, but it is also important for your palpitations to be controlled. My advise would be to monitor your blood pressure daily 3 times and maintain a record. If it falls by more than 10 mm systolic, you may contact further. Your diastolic is anywhays still high so that definitely needs to be brought down.
Initially the dose of your drugs may have to be titrated till we reach a steady level.
Take care.

If you are experiencing palpitations for many days it's better to consult a doctor. And for bp you don't need medicine as it's stage 1 hypertension just eat less salt and maintain healthy diet.

Hi
I have read your medical history and no single medication can treat all your problems but as far as I know most of problems you have are either blood pressure related or for to some kind of gastric infection.
Lips being torn off is an important sign of anemia which can also cause high bp and mental symptoms.
You will need to be properly treated one by one for all your conditions.
If you have enough patience then you can consult me for your treatment.
It will take some time...more
