U have not mentioned name of tablet nor why you took that. What r other symptoms that you r experiencing?
By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time the pain remains?
Is there stiffness also?
How is your appetite?
R you constipated?

Palpitations are normal with anxiety, instead of getting worried about this you should try to focus on controlling anxiety instead of getting more worried of your anxiety that will only further increase palpitations.
Controlling anxiety well will surely help you get rid of these palpitations and thereby getting less anxious as well
you may consult for some natural ways of reducing anxiety.

Please get cbc and serum electrolytes test done. Any recent infection you have had? Please share details. Your symptoms could be due to gastritis and dehydration. Start an antacid thrice daily and ors. Contact further with details.

Palpitations are because of the stomach discomfort and nothing to worry about it.
Take bland diet for a week and avoid alcohol and fried food.
Still you can get an ecg done to ruleout any cardiac cause.

Beta blocker can cause erectile dysfunction in some people not all and that too is completely reversible once you stop it. If you do not have any sexual side effects at present then no need to stop it and no need to worry. There won't be any permanent damage.
