Oral & maxillofacial surgeon will need more investigations (full mouth x-ray) with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. Adv. Medication, cleaning, root canal treatment or surgical removal procedures for the gum mucosa above the tooth or the tooth itself. Until then apply clove oil. Rinse frequently with mouth wash.

chew 1 or 2 tender guava leaves
rub some peppermint oil on the painful area. Leave it on for a few minutes, then rinse your mouth with warm salt water.

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical curettage or gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meal. Hello. Good evening. Hope you are good. Thank you for approaching us. I saw your query. I can help you out of it. I advice you to take topical dentogel ointment on the gum twice a day for three days. The pain will get subsided. If not you can take an orthopantamogram or intra oral periapical radiograph of that teeth region. To check if any dental caries. As of now pl take sphatika bhasm, pure turmeric, saindha salt ground like 'maida' little majuphal powder. Do massage with this homogenized powder by putting few drops of edible oil and massage the gums lightly. Rinse mouth with sphatika bh and majuphal powder daily twice minimum. Pl report every week.
