Please note that painful intercourse can be caused due to several medical conditions namely -- endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, uterine prolapse, retroverted uterus, uterine fibroids, cystitis, irritable bowel syndrome, pelvic floor dysfunction, adenomyosis, hemorrhoids and ovarian cysts.
You need to do a usg whole abdomen to rule out any disease for now use lubricants -- see it this helps you out.
