Hello-
Some vegetable and mineral oils like avocado, coconut, and olive oil can be used as personal lubricant. They can be great for clitoral stimulation and vulvar massage, or some quality alone time, but keep them far away from your condoms (it could make them break). Use artificial lubricants if using condom.

If not trying for pregnancy advisable to use condom and also lubrication jelly like lubic or lignocaine jelly.
Persistent pain called dusparunia can be due to local infections of even conditions like endometriosis so please consult a doctor.

She has to be examined to find the reason. On temporary basis apply lignox jelly abt 15 mins before sex & wipe off just before sex. If dryness in vagina can use ky jelly locally.

You have lot of pain during intercourse. I advise you to do more foreplay of 15 to 20 minutes before going for sex. This will expand your vagina and make penetration of penis, easy. Use lubricant during sex. During insertion of penis in vagina, keep your feet above bed that is in air, for easy insertion. Follow this and be happy.
