Hello.
The symptoms you have mentioned are not specific for pregnancy.
The easiest way is to get a urine for pregnancy test done using a preganews card test.
If pregnancy test is negative and periods doesn't occur do repeat the test after 7 days.
If pregnancy is excluded than other causes of delayed periods need to be ruled out especially stress, anxiety, thyroid dysfunction, increased prolactin level, obesity and pcos.
