While it's not possible to reverse kidney damage, you can take steps to slow it down. Taking prescribed medicine, being physically active, and eating well will help.

An elevated urea and creatinine indicates the kidneys are not working (called renal failure). Although urea is filtered into the urine by the kidney, some of the filtered urea will get reabsorbed and reused by the body.

Do sports (at home, if you feel more confortable) but 3x 30min/week.
Eat more greens, oilseeds, fresh fruits and food rich in magnesium such as: raw spinach, fish, beans, lentils, avocados, brown rice, bananas, figs and chocolate.
If you have a pet, cuddle with it more often and take care of it. It will make you shift your focus from anxiety to something else.
Try to catch the sun everyday for 10mins.
Check your levels of vit D and B12 (adjust with supplements if needed).

Sir,
please try to understand my answer. There is no way you can stop dialysis except kidney transplant which has high failure rate. Also you may have to take multiple immunosuppressants which will again predispose you to infection. Overall it would be more painful than your current condition. At the age of 72 years, my advice would be to continue the same.

Left ventricular hypertrophy is more common in people who have uncontrolled high blood pressure. But no matter what your blood pressure is, developing left ventricular hypertrophy puts you at higher risk of congestive heart failure and irregular heart rhythms.
