For curing it completely you need to do bladder retraining exercises. You need to increase duration of passing urine by 5 minutes daily till you can control it for 2-3 hours. Continue dariten or you can try mirabegron 25 mg twice daily for 1 month and see how is the response.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
For a person with diabetes it is very essential to achieve a strict glucose control with fasting < 100 mg, PP 160 to 170 mg, HbA1c% <7. If glucose levels are higher than those mentioned there is likely hood of glycosuria, hence frequent urination. Since there is no mention of his actual glucose levels, it is difficult to comment.
