Pcod can’t be diagnosed only by usg features. If you hv other features of pcod like delayed periods and hair growth on your face, back or chest along with biochemical abnormalities then it z diagnosed as pcod. Meanwhile if you r overweight you need to reduce weight. U shud not b worried about delayed periods that z not a problem.

As you had sex after you missed your periods by 8 days so now our first aim is to bring period .take tab regestrone 10 mg three times a day for 3 days, 8 hrly ,stop and wait for 7 to 10 days, after periods connect with me for further treatment for periods.
