Hi, pregnancy without ovaries is possible only with" ivf using ovum from donor. In short procedure is as follow--
1- egg will be taken from a healthy woman.
2- recipient woman will be given female hormones (estrogen & progesterone) to build up the lining of uterus.
3- donor's mature eggs will be fertilized by recipient woman's husband's sperms.
