Nose bleed may be the aftereffects of cancer treatment. Nose bleeding can be managed. 1.please apply some ice pack for relief on nose bridge
2. Sit upright rather than lying down
3.lean forward and breathe through mouth
if bleeding is severe do check for any allergies. You may also have homeo medicine for some relief.

Is it fibroadenoma or adenoids ,rule out with FNAC , if it fibroadenosis u can leave it ,fibroadenoma if it bigger size u can remove it

Abdominal swelling can go away post endometriosis surgery but you won't get immediate relief as few obvious complications and discomfort after the surgery may take time to go.
