Breast cancer occurs due to the abnormal growth of some breast cells that accumulate to form a lump or mass. These cells may spread from your breast to lymph nodes and to other body parts. The causes of breast cancer include- genetical causes, age factor, thick breast tissue, obesity, consumption of liquor, hormone treatments, exposure to radiation, if your periods begin at an early stage, getting pregnant for the first time after the age of 30, and occupational hazards.

The most common types of breast cancers are invasive ductal carcinoma and ductal carcinoma in situ. Less common types of breast cancers include metastatic breast cancer, paget's ailment, and inflammatory breast cancer.

A few common signs of breast cancer are - a new lump developed in the breast or the armpit area, change in the nipple, change in colour of the skin on the breast or nipple, an unusual change in the shape and size of breast, discharge from the nipple without squeezing. Nose bleed may be the aftereffects of cancer treatment. Nose bleeding can be managed. 1.please apply some ice pack for relief on nose bridge
2. Sit upright rather than lying down
3.lean forward and breathe through mouth
if bleeding is severe do check for any allergies. You may also have homeo medicine for some relief.

Is it fibroadenoma or adenoids ,rule out with FNAC , if it fibroadenosis u can leave it ,fibroadenoma if it bigger size u can remove it

Do not leave medication but if you want you can opt for non hormonal treatment. As for fibroadenoma, it can get cured by medicines but takes time. I will need more details for apt advice so you can contact me if interested.

The percentage of women getting pregnant after the endometriosis surgery ranges between 75% to 80%. Most women will become pregnant after the surgery without any health issues or medication. Abdominal swelling can go away post endometriosis surgery but you won't get immediate relief as few obvious complications and discomfort after the surgery may take time to go. Removal of endometriosis after the surgery may form adhesions. New adhesions at the surgery site will be formed and it may cause infertility by impairing the function of ovaries and fallopian tubes.

Laparotomy surgery is majorly effective for women having moderate endometriosis. The treatment is as trustable as laproscopy though the procedure is much complex. In 20% to 30% women, endometriosis returns back in about five years of time.
