Hi Dr. I am hispanic women 28 years old and just been found 1. Uterine fibroid with a maximum size of 8.4 cm. There is associated thickening of the endometrium. 2. Nabothian cysts. 3. Right ovarian cyst with a maximum size of 1.8 cm. We wish to get pregnant, what is your best advice?

Sir/Madam, My wife has cysts in her both of the ovaries and she is unable to conceive. Cyst was diagnosed about 1.5 years before having size 6 cm approximately. Now the size of cyst has been increased to 10 cm. Gynaecologists have suggested to remove the cysts through laparoscopy but no guarantee to remain ovary intact. As we have no child there may be high risk of loosing her ovary. Kindly suggest us an alternative treatment.

If you have not got periods in September also please repeat urine pregnancy test. If it's negative go for a scan to detect any problem like cysts or pcod. You also might need to go for certain hormone test if not pregnant.
