Sir madam My wife on 30 August 2018. 12 the day follicle show 24 mm in Right ovary and also show 17 mm follicle in left ovary and Dr. give injection for rupture we kept intercourses that day night and also kept 31 august night intercourses and 1 at September early morning so any chance for pregnancy.

Yes why not. Having regular periods is good enough from ovarian side. But you need to plan fast .do not delay your pregnancy.

I took USG on follicular study. My 1st scan was on 25.8.18 and it states that, "Both ovaries appear bulky in size n show multiple small follicles in the periphery with central stromal echogenicity. Parameterium appears normal. R ovary- 18x18 mm, 15x11 mm Let ovary-<8 mm and endometrium 4.8 mm Whereas I tuk2nd scan by today It shows R Ovary-18x18 mm, 15x10 mm -haemorrhage Let ovary-<8 mm, endometrium - 5.2 mm Cul-de-sac - min FF, Remarks- 2nd dominant follicle in R overy- haemonhge. What does it mean?

Go for Laproscopy and hysteroscopy if you are unable to conceive in few cycles and even IVF might be required.
