Any cyst above 5 cms will need surgery. It may not settle with medications. Suggest that the cyst should be treated before you try to conceive any treatment is likely to be unsuccessful when you have a cyst.

If may be just a functional cyst so you can wait for 2 months and repeat the scan to know if the cyst had disappeared.
