If you r asking for yourself (age-36) then its useless. It should be taken before you become sexually active.
Doctors stop recommending the HPV vaccine to women once they've reached their mid-20s. The human papillomavirus vaccine is FDA-approved only through age 26, with the thinking that by that time women (and men) have had enough sex that they're probably already exposed to the virus and won't benefit.
However you should annually get your PAP smear done.

Is it benign or cancer? Benign like fibroids may be conserved if asymptomatic or myomectomy or hysterectomy done for the same. If cancer needs staging and further treatment by surgery, radiation and chemotherapy according to the stage.
Donot rely on diet to cure her. The tumor can grow and become inurrable if cancer.

Result is less than 35 (16.50) hence normal. But why was the test done. It is not recommended as a screening test for ovarian cancer. If any symptoms then investigate accordingly.

Do not worry
Stage 3c cancer is curable and second surgery is possible if complete removal could not be done in first surgery after chemotherapy. Your CA 125 is also in normal limits.
