It all depends on where is recurrence and also whether it is operable or not. If recurrence is resectable than surgery followed by chemotherapy is treatment.

Stage 3c cancer is curable and second surgery is possible if complete removal could not be done in first surgery after chemotherapy. Your CA 125 is also in normal limits.
