I am 24 years unmarried girl and was diagnosed with pcod in nov 2021. And then my gynecologist started course which end up after 5 month's.after completion of course I got my period every month but for one month it continue for 3 days, then for 2 days and then for 1 day. Like this it was going. And now in 2023 I got last period on 1 august than now on 18 sep. Which is so much gap. And it's not proper only the light bleeding for 5 days. M suffering from head hair loss. Having chin hairs. Having toe hairs. But I don't hv weight gain. I am 43 kg. Also I am suffering from emotional numbness from 2021. I don't feel any emotions. Like I don't feel happiness, I don't want to enjoy things, not want to go 4 outings, shoppings. I don't hv any feel 4 my body. Nor I respond to any sad song, romantic drama. Before 2021 I was such a nice person I enjoy things I make plans I want to roam around the world. I hv taken antidepressants by taking appointment from (psychiatrist) but non of it work. Now I don't have any will to live. At the same time I am having fear of grave. So, what could I do? Do I hv to go to gynecologist again. But till when I will take birth control pills to control pcod. I can't marry so early. My studies are going on and I hv to build up my career. Plzz tell what to do.

Both ovaries are bully and show multiple tiny follicles in the periphery with central echogenic stroma. Right ovary measures 4.4x 3.1x 4.0 cm and left ovary measures 3.6x 4.2x 3.0 cm no obvious adnexal mass seem or no free fluid seen in peritoneal cavity. Grade 2 fatty infiltration of liver. I would like to know about the treatment as well.

I got diagnosed with pcod 3 years back. I had nutritional diet and medication which somehow provided relief for some time. But other issues remained as it is. Last year, I had pcod screening again, where prolactin was 55 and in repeated test, it was 65. I am facing issues like fatigue all the time, early greying of hair, hair fall, increased migraine frequency, reduced flow in periods, and growth of facial hair on chin. My weight is not increased but belly fat increased. I do not have thyroid, bp or sugar. Please advice with medication and diet for it.

I have diagnosed with pcod, my periods are regular, but recently I found clots in blood, my prolactin and thyroid test is normal, the size of my cyst is 1-2 mm, is any problem that having clots in blood, and please suggest me some diet and exercise to control my pcod. Thank you.

I have pcod, and have been suffering from breast pain before periods for many years. I have consulted few doctors and only tablet they gave was of primrose oil. I have taken that medicine for some time but had no results. Now the pain is getting worse with each menstruation cycle. The pain starts before 10 or 15 days of my period. Along with breast my arm pits also pain so much. I do the this ice and hot bag therapy which reduces the pain for short period of time. I don't know how long I need to suffer this pain.
