The testis requires to be a little cooler than the rest of the body for being able to produce sperms (the reason why it is physiologically placed in the scrotum). Now since the testis was inside your body in your developmental age, it is not possible for the testis to produce sperms anymore.
You can however become a father even with 1 testis. Please Do not worry about it or be furious about it with your parents.
Please see a good doctor who can help you out with this.

Hello, Dermaroller can be used but causes more dermal damage as needles enter and exit obliquely alternatively microneedling with derma pen is better. Dermaroller for face you will need 0.75 or 1 mm it needs topical anesthetic cream and does cause pinpoint bleeding so a lot of sterility is required to prevent infection. Its not ideal to do it at home. Consult a dermatologist.

Hello Dr. I have ice pick scars and boxcar scars on my face like nose, cheeks, chin, and forehead and my skin is very sensitive, I am afraid of using creams and laser treatments. So instead of taking laser, fractional/fraxel laser, fractional co2, TCA chemical peeling, IPL treatment can I go for microneedling/dermapen or can I use dermaroller for ice pick scars and boxcar scars? Will needling and dermaroller helps in preventing scars? Will scars do completely disappear and do they produce new collagen and improve skin texture? And if I go with needling/derma roller what kind of cream do I need to apply after I use roller or needling? Will they have any side effects? If you advice me to go with needling/derma roller, suggest me best dermaroller? And please help me and suggest the best treatment process. Thank you.

Hello, There are various treatments for acne scars which include creams, chemical peels, microdermaabrasion, microneedling, radiofrequency, surgery, fat fill, laser etc. TCA peels do help with ice pick scars, CO2 laser though is a good option it cannot be used in all skin type due to risk of hyperpigmentation. The redness following the laser may last upto 3 months and usually subside. Microneedling Radiofrequency therapy is a good option for collagen induction. Only microneedling gives moderate ...more

Delaying operation for 9 months will not cause any problem ,but you will be suffering from pain (dysmenorrhea) and menorrhagia (increase bleeding) for 9 more months.
You can go for mirena insertion for the time being.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
Thyromegaly tends to occur due to either iodine deficiency or due to other causes like thyrotoxicosis and Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. If pressure symptoms are there then surgery is the only option to relieve those. It would have been better if you had mentioned actual T3, T4 & TSH values. Also it is better to check Anti-TPO antibodies. Cost of surgery the specific hospital will only be able to give. Thanks. Thanks.

Wait for 6 months to 1 year for the scar to improve naturally.
Scar revision is one of the most frequently performed surgeries and we are the pioneers in central India since last 30 years.
.Surgery may be the only answer. .Surgery /Laser/Chemical Peel/Dermabrasion are some of the possibilities. The surgery is almost painless because there are enough medications to keep the pain under control.
Scars improve over time at-least 1 year or more. If they do not improve then Plastic surgery...more
