Are you on catheter or you r referring to urethra. If on catheter you need to change it and sister will teach you catheter care. Full antibiotic course according to urine culture.
If your urethra or meatus is inflamed you need to do urine test, ultrasound abdomen and pelvis and urine culture test. Visit any urologist with test.

Hi Doctor, I have been diagnosed with chronic prostate, I have been using medicines from 1-month levofloaxin @ 2 weeks and alfusin and nu bph for 1 months its been. Recently I got affected with cold and cough so ent doctor given me cepodem 325 mg @ 5 days and, sinarest (but I used cheston cold) and betadine for gargle. Now I am feeling malaise, pain in the muscle at legs, problem urinating, inflammation in urethra should I need to be worried about chronic prostate infection recurring?

That dose is harmful.
Take syrup septillin 2tsf twice a day empty stomach. For 15 days. Chandanaasav 4tsf with equal amount of water after meals twice a day regularly for 1 month.

I had ascaris worm found in stool, on which on was suggested noworm, but mistakingly instead of taking 1 table & another after 15 days, I took it continuously every 15 days gap (total 4 tablet in 2 month with 15 days gap), now 1) waking in night with breathlessness for 30 sec 2) disoriented mind 3) heart rate increased I done ecg, echo, 24 hour holter, x ray, pft lung test, blood test, lft test, thyroid test, evenly everything came normal should it would be reason for my problem, and what precaution/remedy should I do to deneglify theb over dose effect.

if all the reports you mentioned are normal then the symptoms you are having could be stress-related, as you missed the dose.

I am 23-year-old male and I think I am having urethritis. I have already consulted a urologist and have taken a three weeks course of doxylin and 4 tablets of azithromycin though my pain has reduced substantially but still after urinating I have burning sensation and sometimes there cloudy urine after which my urethra or penile muscle hurts or feel weak for an hour or two and also there is swelling at the head of penis and skin appears shiny during erection.
