Hi, problem with back or spine in such a young age is not common and most likely due to mechanical reason like sitting in poor posture for prolong time, stiffness in back, or weakness of back muscles etc. However it requires proper evaluation. I would like to suggest you to consult nearby physiotherapist as physiotherapist are best in dealing with such kind of pain. You can also try mckenzie back extension exercises (google it) for a week if you do not have nearby physical therapy clinic.
