It's not chondromalacia, which is different problem due to early stage of on going wear and tear changes in cartilage, and osteoporosis is because of lose of bone density, if bones loses its density too much, more possibilities of fractures and reduced mobility and dullness noticed among patients known with osteoporosis.

Do not take pain killers.
