U have to take vitamin d rich foods. Likemilk, cheese, yogurt, brocoli, spinach. U need calcium consumption for increase the bone density.

Due to sudden jerk she might got nerves compressed, need to go for act scan of cervical spine to ruke out any internal compression or injury of soft tissues or nerves.
Application of hot or ice pack will be helpfull to try at home for a day if no improvement then go for ct scan and follow back with reports for proper treatment.
